This home has been transformed into a sunny retreat, ready for you to relax and enjoy the screened lanai that includes a heated pool & spa, a shaded patio with loungers, and a seating area perfect for hanging out under the string lights, with a view of the local lake.
This beautifully maintained home boasts a bright and open floor plan with gorgeous views of the pool and lake and has elegant wood flooring throughout. A well-appointed open kitchen offers plenty of space to cook. It is complete with a chef’s sink, & stainless steel appliances. If you cook better with music, turn on the Sonos Bluetooth speaker available and play your favorite tunes. Then, once mealtime is over, gather in the living area to stream a favorite show or movie on the 65-inch smart TV. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer/dryer so you don't have to worry about your laundry - this allows you to pack as lightly as you want.
When it comes to sleeping arrangements, the home offers three bedrooms. All bedrooms have blackout blinds, sound machines, and Tuft & Needle mattresses so you sleep cozy and comfortable! For families, a mini-crib is available upon request.
The large master suite enjoys direct access to the back patio and a spacious en suite bathroom with double sinks, a separate tub and shower, and a private water closet.
Other perks include filtered water at the sink, essential oil diffusers in each room, plus a mini crib, highchair, and stroller upon request.
The entire home is for your use. There are two parking spots available for you to use in the driveway. You'll receive a code to enter the home upon check-in.
- Home is stocked with non-toxic cleaning & personal care products for your use, including diffusers & essential oils in each room. (Thieves Laundry Soap, dish soap, hand soap, & household cleaner)
- Parking is for two spots in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the street.
- Please do not wear shoes in the house
- Please keep food in the kitchen
- Doors to pool have an alarm to alert you when someone opens that door. They are turned off, but you’re welcome to turn them on.
- Please leave the pool cage screen door that connects to the fenced side yard unlocked so the weekly pool maintenance can be completed. Weekly lawn care is done as well to maintain the property. They are quick and you don't need to be present.
